淮河流域暴雨天气气候特征及其对农业生产的影响

通过对淮河流域18个站点近50年的历史降水资料分析,阐述其暴雨的时空分布特点及其对农业生产的影响。结果表明,1958~2007年淮河流域暴雨日数和暴雨量的年际变化幅度均较剧烈,尤其20世纪90年代末,暴雨日数和暴雨量均明显增加;且淮河流域暴雨呈准2年周期振荡。从空间角度分析,暴雨中心主要集中在淮河流域西南部地区,北部地区相对较少。

Analysis on the Climate Characteristics of Rainstorm Weather over Huai River Basin and Its Influence on Agriculture Production

By selecting the daily precipitation observed data of 18 meteorological stations in Huai River Basin and using the methods of wavelet analysis,the inter-annual change and the space-time distribution features of the rainstorms over Huai River Basin during 1958-2007 and the influence on agriculture were analyzed.The results showed that the inter-annual changes of the number of rainstorm days and precipitation from 1958 to 2007 were fierce.As a result of East Asian summer monsoon inter-annual variability and East Asian circulation system,there had significantly 2-year quasi-periodic oscillations on rainstorm in summer.In the late 1990s,rainstorm days and precipitation increased obviously due to East Asian summer monsoon circulation appeared the decadal significant weakens.Because of water vapor and terrain,rainstorm mainly concentrated on the southwest over the Huai River Basin,but less on the north.
