微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定青黛中的铅、镉

摘    要:[目的]建立微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定青黛中的铅、镉。[方法]采用微波消解青黛样品,石墨炉原子吸收法测定青黛中的铅、镉的含量,优化了测定条件。[结果]微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定青黛中铅、镉的线性关系、灵敏度、准确度、精密度和加标回收率等指标均满足试验测定要求。[结论]该研究可为日常中药材质量控制及临床用药安全提供科学依据。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to establish microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry to determine Pb and Cd in I.naturalis.[Method] Ⅰ.naturalis sample was digested by microwave,and Pb and Cd contents in Ⅰ.naturalis were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Meanwhile,determination condition was optimized.[Result] Using microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry to determine Pb and Cd in I.naturalis,linear relationship,sensitivity,accuracy,precision and addition standard recovery all met the requirements of experimental determination.[Conclusion] The research could provide scientific basis for quality control and clinical drug safety of daily Chinese herbal medicines.
