摘    要:[目的]研究秀珍菇菌丝体多糖的最佳提取工艺。[方法]采用超声波法提取秀珍菇菌丝体多糖,研究料液比、提取时间、超声功率等因素对多糖提取率的影响;并在此基础上,通过正交试验优化最佳提取工艺。[结果]秀珍菇菌丝体多糖超声提取的最佳工艺为:料液比1∶80 g/ml,提取时间50 min,超声功率60 W。在此条件下,秀珍菇菌丝体多糖的提取率为25.52%。[结论]试验优化的工艺稳定可行,适合秀珍菇菌丝体多糖的提取。

Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Technique of Polysaccharides from Pleurotus geesteranus Mycelia

Abstract:[ Objective] The aim was to study the optimal extracting condition of polysaccharides from Pleurotus geesteranus mycelia. [ Method ] The polysaccharide was extracted from Pleurotus geesteranus mycelia by ultrasonic. Single factor test was applied to analyze the influence of those factors such as solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, ultrasonic power on the extraction of the polysaccharides. Further more, orthogonal experiment tests were adopted to establish the optimal conditions for the extraction technology. [ Result] The optimum conditions of extraction bad been determined that material / liquid ratio was 1 : 80 g/ml, the extraction time was 50 min and the ultrasonic power was 60 W. Under the condition, the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 25.52%. [ Conclusion] The optimal process could be stabilization and credibility, which is suitable for extracting of l~olysaccharides from Pleurotus geesteranus mycelia.
