摘    要:目的]利用气象色谱-质谱法对野生藏茴香和人工种植藏茴香挥发成分进行分析。方法]采用顶空加热提取挥发性成分的方法,对其进行气象色谱-质谱分析,并结合Kovats保留指数对其主要成分进行定性分析。结果]采用顶空进样技术,可鉴定出野生藏茴香中的19个挥发性成分,含量较高的组分为右旋萜二烯(70.32%)、右旋香芹酮(14.02%),人工种植藏茴香中的17个挥发性成分,含量较高的组分为右茴香脑(40.86%)、右旋萜二烯(16.60%)、草蒿脑(7.52%);2种物质的比较,有9种相同的化合物。结论]野生藏茴香和人工种植藏茴香叶中的挥发油在成分构成上比较相似,但在相对含量上有差异。

GC-MS Combined with Kovats Retention Indices for Volatile Compounds in Wild Caraway and the Artificial Planting Caraway

Abstract:Objective] Using GC-MS to analyse volatile compounds in wild caraway and the artificial planting caraway.Method] Using headspace injection respectively,volatile componentsin caraway were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) combined with the Kovats retention indices(KI).Result] 19 volatile compounds identified in Wild Caraway,the content of D-Limonene (70.32%),D-Carvone (14.02%) were the highest; while 17 volatile compounds identified in Artificial Planting Caraway,the content of Cis-Anethol (40.86%),D-Carvone (16.60%) and Estragole (7.52%) were the highest among the detected compounds.Comparison of two kinds of material,compound 9 has the same species.Conclusion] The essential oil in leaves between two kinds of caraway shows a similarity in chemical components but a high difference in relative conternts.
