摘    要:[目的]为了解不同钠盐胁迫对观赏草种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响。[方法]选用狼尾草(Pennisetum alopecuroides)为研究对象,采用三因素(氯化钠、硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠)盆栽正交试验,通过对狼尾草种子萌发和幼苗形态学及生理生化指标的测定,比较不同钠盐对其生长的影响。[结果]随着氯化钠和碳酸氢钠浓度的增加,发芽率相关指标均呈显著下降,其中碳酸氢钠的影响最大。而幼苗形态和生理生化指标受氯化钠的影响最大,随着氯化钠浓度的升高,幼苗生长受到显著抑制。[结论]氯化钠对狼尾草种子萌发后生长的抑制作用大于对萌发的抑制作用,而碳酸氢钠则主要抑制种子的萌发能力。该研究可为盐碱地区观赏草的引种驯化提供科学依据。

Impacts of Different Sodium Salts on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Pennisetum alopecuroides

Abstract:[Objective] In order to understand the impact of different sodium salts on ornamental grass germination and seedling growth.[Method] Pennisetum alopecuroides was chosen as the object,with orthogonal block experiments of three-factor (NaC1,Na2SO4 and NaHCO3).The impact of sodium salts on germination and growth was compared through the determination of germination and biochemical properties.[Result] Germination rate decreased subsequently with the increase of NaC1 and NaHCO3 concentration.NaHCO3 had the greatest impact.But seedling morphology and biochemical indices were impacted largest by NaCl.The seedling growth was inhibited subsequently by NaCl.[Conclusion] The inhibition of NaCl was larger on seedlings growth than germination.And NaHCO3 significantly repressed germination.The research could provide scientific basis for ornamental grass introduction in saline-alkali areas.
