摘    要:[目的]对魔芋灰霉病病原菌进行分子鉴定。[方法]通过提取DNA、PCR扩增、电泳检测以及魔芋灰霉病病原菌rDNA的ITS序列分析。[结果]采用CTAB法得到的DNA产量较高且纯度较好;以其为模板进行PCR扩增,条带清晰;ITS序列测序证实魔芋灰霉病病原菌属于富氏葡萄孢盘菌(Botryotinica fuckeliana),Genbank登陆号KF802809。[结论]该致病菌在魔芋种芋储藏期间和设施繁育过程中危害极为严重,属首次报道,为魔芋灰霉病的防治提供理论依据。

Molecular Identification of Konjac Botrytis cinerea Pathogens

Abstract:[ Objective ] The research aimed to identify Botrytis cinerea of Konjac pathogens. [ Method ] DNA extraction,PCR amplification,electropharesis and the analysis of ITS sequence of Botrytis cinerea rDNA of Konjac pathogens were conducted. [ Result] The results showed that the method of CTAB was suitable for DNA with high yield and purity. The quality of DNA could meet PCR requirement ,which for PCR amplification could produce clear hands. The pathogens were identified as Botryotinica fuckeliana. The accession number of Genbank was KF802809. [ Conclusion] The damage of this pathogen was very serious in the period of Konjac seed storage and the procedure of breeding facilities. It was the first report and the conclusions provided theoretical basis for prevention and control of Botrytis cinerea of konjac.
