摘    要:目的]用不同生长调节剂浸种,对沙冬青种子进行了催芽研究。方法]测定不同种类、不同浓度生长调节剂浸种后沙冬青种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数。结果]在200~300 mg/L浓度范围内,不同浓度的生长调节剂(GA、NAA、IAA、IBA)对沙冬青种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数均表现出促进作用。其中,200 mg/L GA能显著提高2种种源沙冬青种子的发芽率、发芽势、活力指数,宁夏银川种源分别较对照提高了28.0、46.7、10.1个百分点,内蒙呼和浩特种源分别较对照提高了26.0、48.0、11.4个百分点。结论]内蒙古呼和浩特种源活力指数高于宁夏银川种源,生产上应首选。

Abstract: Objective ] We studied the influence of four growth regulator seed presoaking on seed accelerating germination of Ammopiptanthus mongalicus. Method ] The germination rate, germination vigor and vigor index of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus seeds were determined under different types and different concentrations of growth regulators. Result ] The result showed that the germination rate, germination vigor and vigor index of Ammopiptanthus mongalicus seed came from different seed source increased with the increase of growth regulator concentration in 200 - 300 mg/L. Among them, GA 200 mg/L liquid was best. The Yinchuan Ningxia seedling source distinction comparatively compared enhances 28.0, 46.7, 10.1 percentage points, the Huhhot Inner Mongolia seedling source distinction has comparatively compared enhanced 26.0, 48.0, 11.4 percentage points. Conclusion ] The vigor index of Huhhot seedling source was higher than Yinchuan seedling source, which should be preferred as the production.
