碎茶末中茶多糖的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]优化碎茶末中茶多糖的提取工艺。方法]以碎绿茶末为原料,通过单因素试验考察了提取温度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数对碎绿茶末中的茶多糖提取的影响,再通过正交试验研究了茶多糖提取的最优工艺条件。结果]试验表明,提取碎茶末中茶多糖的最佳条件为:料液比1∶10 g/ml,提取温度为85℃,提取时间为100 min,提取3次,该工艺条件下提取率为93.82%。结论]研究可为碎茶末的综合利用提供参考依据。

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the extraction technique for polysaccharide from waste tea.Method] With green tea fragments as raw material,through single-factor test,the effects of temperature,solid-liquid ratio,time,times on tea polysaccharide extraction were investigated.The orthogonal test was applied to study the optimal technique conditions.Result] Experiments show that the optimal extraction conditions are:the material liquid ratio:1∶10 g/ml,temperature 85 ℃,extraction time 100 min for 3 times,under the above conditions,the extraction rate tea polysaccharide is 93.82%.Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for comprehensive utilization of tea fragments.
