宁夏生态移民安置区社会管理问题研究

分析了宁夏生态移民工程存在的社会问题,如生产生活条件的变更、生活习惯的调整、生活前景的预期判断、资源竞争激烈、就业形势严峻、户籍管理混乱等文化适应、社会适应等。指出要改变过去更加重视经济发展、忽视或不重视社会管理的思路,从社会管理的角度出发,运用社会管理的方法、手段予以解决。只有经济发展和社会管理双管齐下,才能保证生态移民安置区经济社会的可持续发展。

Study on Social Management of Ecological Resettlement Area in Ningxia

The social problems in Ningxia ecological migration project were analyzed, such as the change in the production and living condi- tions, adjustment of living habits, judgment of life prospect, intensive resource competition, the severe employment situation, the household registration management chaotic. In order to change the past pay more attention to economic development, ignore or do not take the train of thought of social management, from the perspective of social management, the methods and means of social management should be adopted, only both economic development and social management can ensure economic and social sustainable development in ecological resettlement ar- eas.
