农村公共安全环境承载力评价体系研究

将环境承载力评价理论引入农村公共安全规划管理研究中,选取沧州市南大港管理区一分区15个村庄2012年土地、人口、生态环境、水资源、基础设施、经济社会等影响农村公共安全承载力的指标,建立环境承载力指标体系,对指标进行标准化处理,应用灰色关联分析方法确定指标权重,并对指标体系做出评价分析,得出村庄在公共安全方面的承载力评价结果,针对不足提出相关规划管理提升策略,作为农村安全规划的决策依据,验证了评价理论的可行性。

Study on Evaluation System of Rural Public Security Environment Carrying Capacity

The evaluation theory of environmental carrying capacity was introduced into the study of rural public safety planning and management,choosing land,population,ecological environment,water resources,infrastructure,economic and social indexes of 15 villages in Nandagang District,Cangzhou City in 2012,an index system of environmental carrying capacity was established,standardized treatment was conducted on the index,the index weight was determined by the grey correlation analysis method and the index system was evaluated,the evaluation result of the carrying capacity of the villages on public security was obtained,and some promotion strategies were put forward,the feasibility of evaluation theory was verified.
