摘    要:目的]为了解盐碱生境中外源钙对观赏草生长的作用。方法]选用狼尾草(Pennisetum alopecuroides)为研究对象,采用三因素(氯化钠、硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠)和四因素(氯化钠、硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠、硝酸钙)盆栽正交试验,通过对狼尾草形态学和生理生化指标的测定,比较不同钠盐和钙盐对其生长的影响。结果]随着钠盐浓度的增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量呈现先升高后降低的趋势,可溶性糖则相反,叶绿素含量呈下降趋势。钙盐加入后,丙二醛和可溶性糖含量均降低,而且随着钙盐浓度的增加,MDA含量表现出与钠盐处理下相反的变化。结论]硝酸钙可以缓解盐分的毒害。该研究可为盐碱地区观赏草的引种驯化提供科学依据。

Impacts of Different Sodium and Calcium Salts on Growth of Pennisetum alopecuroides

Abstract: Objective ] In order to understand the impact of exogenous calcium on ornamental grass growth. Method ] Pennisetum alopecuroides was chosen as the object, with orthogonal block experiments of three-factor ( NaCl, Na2SO4 and NaHCO3 ) and four- factor ( NaCl, Na2SO4, NaHCOs and Ca( NO3 )2 ). The impact of sodium and calcium salts on growth was compared through the determination of morphological and biochemical properties. Result] Malondialdehyde (MDA) content decreased firstly and increased subsequently with the increase of sodium salt concentration. But soluble sugar content was in the opposite trend. Chlorophyll content showed a decreasing tendency. After adding calcium salt, the content of MDA and soluble sugar was decreased. And as the concentration of calcium salt increased, the MDA content increased firstly and decreased subsequently which was contrary to that of sodium salts stress. Conclusion] Ca( NO3 )2 could relieve the poisonous effect of sodium salts. The research could provide Scientific basis for ornamental grass introduction in saline-alkali areas.
