摘    要:采用超声波技术测定活牛眼肌面积、背膘厚度、眼肌高度和肌间脂肪含量,建立了产肉性能的预测模型,数值的可靠性与准确性高,经方差分析达到极显著差异。该研究为肉牛育种与肉质评定提供了科学依据。

Application of Ultrasonic Measurement Technology in Breeding and Evaluation of Beef Cattle before Slaughter

Abstract:The live cattle eye muscle area, back-fat thickness, height of eye muscle and muscle fat content were determined by ultrasonic. The prediction model for meat production performance was established, the reliability and accuracy of numerical value was high, which reached extremely significant differences through variance analysis. The study provides scientific basis for breeding and evaluation of beef cat-tle.
