摘 要: | [目的]分析不同产地土壤矿质元素差异,为青梅产地溯源筛选矿质元素指标。[方法]通过ICP-MS检测从化、陆河和紫金3个地域青梅果园土壤的10种矿质元素的含量(钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、铜、锌、硒、铅、铬),并且采用SPSS软件对各产地的土壤元素进行相关性分析。[结果]钠、钙、铁、锌和硒可以作为陆河地区的指标元素,而镁元素、铜元素可对紫金和陆河地区土壤进行判别;利用钾元素的显著性差异,可将从化2个不同果园区分出来;而重金属铅元素则可作为从化2的指标元素。[结论]土壤矿质元素的差异可以有效区别从化、陆河和紫金3个不同地域青梅土壤。

Abstract: | [Objective] To analyze differences of mineral elements in different areas of greengage orchard soil,screen out mineral element index as the geographical traceability.[Method] The content of ten mineral elements (K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn,Se,Pb,Cr) in greengage orchard soil from three different area (Conghua,Luhe and Zijin) were analyzed by ICP-MS,and then the correlation analysis of the origin of soil elements was conducted through the SPSS software.[Results] Sodium,calcium,iron,zinc and selenium could be used as the indicator elements of Luhe area,and magnesium,copper element could be applied to differentiate the geographical origins between Zijin and Luhe area ; the significant difference of potassium might be used to distinguish two different Conghua orchard ; while the heavy metal lead element could be used as a indicator element of Conghua 2 greengage orchard soil.[Conclusion] Differences in mineral elements of greengage orchard soil could effectively distinguish the soil from Conhua,Luhe and Zijin three different regions. |
