协优赣20(协优1666)的选育和应用

摘    要:以野败型不育系的恢复系测64-7为母本与爪哇型广亲和系轮回422通过有性杂交,从杂交后代中经多代定向选择,育成具有爪哇稻血缘偏籼型恢复系01666与大面积应用的协青早A配制成一个高产、优质、抗性较强的亚亚种间强优势新组合协优1666。该组合通过两年江西省区试平均6.15t/hm2,比对照汕优桂33增产5.55%,居第二位;1996年参加南方5省16个试点晚稻新组合筛选试验,平均产量6.84t/hm2,居首位,比对照汕优64增产5.83%,差异达显著水平。几年生产示范一般产量6.5~7.2t/hm2,比当地主栽组合增产10%左右,有较好的经济效益和社会效益。并提出了高产栽培和制种技术。

Breeding and Application of Xieyougan 20 (Xieyou 1666), a Late-Season Hybrid Rice Variety
Abstract:With Ce 64-7, a restorer for wild sterile lines , as the maternal parent, and Lunhui 422, a Java type wide compatibility line, as the paternal parent, the cross produced an indica restorer O1666, which was then used to make combination with Xieqingzao A, an extensively commercialized rice variety, to form “Xieyou 1666", a new combination with high yield, high quality, strong resistance, and strong sub-subspecific heterosis. According to the Jiangxi Provincial Regional Test in two years, the yield of Xieyou 1666 averaged 6.15 t/hm 2, 5.55% higher than that of the control, Shanyougui 33. In the regioned test attended by five southern provinces, the yield of Xieyou 1666 averaged 6.84 t/hm 2, 5.83% higher than that of the control. In recent years, Xieyou 1666 ranged from 6.5 to 7.2 t/hm 2 in yield, approximately 10% higher than that of local staple varieties. Corresponding methods for high yield cultivation and proliferation were put forward.
