毛竹碎料形状和纤维形态的研究

摘    要:对毛竹地板加工(刨削)的剩余物等竹碎料进行宏观形状和纤维形态的观察测定,并与毛竹原材进行比较分析。结果表明,竹碎料颗粒大小不均匀,≤60目的碎料占80.84%,80目和120目以上各占10%左右;纤维长度被破坏,宽度仍完好;随着颗粒度减小纤维长度逐渐变短。

Abstract:The figure and fiber morphology of various Phyllostachys heterocycla particles and debris was measured and was compared with its bamboo raw material.It was concluded that the sizes of bamboo debris were ueven and the percents of debris with less than 60 holes were 80.84% and the percents of debris with more than 80 and 120 holes each were about 10%;fiber lengths were damaged and the widths were still intact;and fiber lengths gradually became short with the granularity decreased.
