| 摘 要： | 对8个金针菇菌株进行袋栽比较试验, 结果表明: 日金1号发育期短(102d)、原基分化整齐、菌株粗壮、菇体整齐、转化率高(75% ), 可作为目前贮梨冷库进行反季节白色金针菇生产的首选菌株。

| Abstract: | Eight strains of Flammulina velutipes were us ed in experiment.Some of their characleristics were investigated,including autu mn,differentiation of anlage,size of stipe and biological efficiency.The result s showed that Ri Jin No.1 with the characteristics of shorter autumn(102 d),anl age uniformity,gross stipe,sameness in sporophore and higher biological efficien cy,was a suitable species for planting in production under the artifcial conditi on. |
