降低S1100柴油机部分负荷燃油耗的试验研究

摘    要:本文就S1100柴油机部分负荷燃油耗偏高的问题,围绕η_m和η_i两个方面与S195柴油机进行了分析比较,并从减少机械损失、降低工质流动损失、改善混合与燃烧品质三条有效途径找出了最佳搭配方案,使50%与75%负荷燃油耗获得了大幅度的下降。


Reducing Part Load Fuel Consumption of S1100 Diesel Engine
Abstract:Due to the higher fuel consumption of S1100 diesel engine atpart load, an investigation of factors ηm and η_i was made with reference to S195diesel engine. Fuel consumption at 50% and 75% loads has been greatly reducedwith the effort to reduce mechanical friction and fuel-air mixture vortex losses,and to improve cotbustion and fuel-air mixing quality.
