北京九龙山自然保护区植物群落物种多样性分析

摘    要:在样地调查的基础上,采用Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener指数、Margalef指数和Pielou指数对北京九龙山自然保护区植物群落的多样性进行评价,并采用灰色关联法分析了物种多样性的影响因素。结果表明:(1)研究区建群种为黄栌和侧柏,灌木层均以荆条为主,草本层多分布披针叶苔草、求米草、线叶猪秧秧、北京隐子草等;(2)群落总体多样性显示,样地3的Simpson指数和Shannon-Wiener指数最大,样地7的Margalef指数最高,样地5的Pielou指数最大;(3)群落多样性指数受环境因子影响显著,其中Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener指数和Margalef指数受坡向影响最大,Pielou指数受坡度影响明显。

Abstract:Through the typical sampling investigation, species diversities of plant communities in the Jiulongshan Nature Reserve were evaluated by using Simpson dominance index, Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Margalef abundance index and Pielou uniformity index. And the grey relation method was used to analyze the influence factors of species diversity. The results showed that: (1) cotinus coggygria and Platycladus orientalis were constructive species in the study area, Vitex negundo var. heterophylla was dominant shrub species, Carex lanceolata, Oplismenus undulatifolius, Galium linearifolium, Cleistogenes hancei Keng were common species in the herb layer; (2) simpson dominance index and Shannon-Wiener diversity index of simple plot 3 were higher than other plots, Margalef abundance index of simple plot 7 and Pielou uniformity index of simple plot 5 were bigger than other plots; (3) the total community diversities were significantly affected by environment factors. Simpson dominance index, Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Margalef abundance index were significantly affected by aspects of slope, and Pielou uniformity index was greatly affected by slope gradients.
