摘    要:用1.5%溶壁酶将黑木耳双核菌丝脱壁再生。再生菌株经培养、观察、栽培及遗传特性研究后,证明有变异产生。现已从中选出一株优质、高产新菌株,且已用于生产。

Abstract:A. auricula dicaryon hyphae' were treated with 1.5 % Iywallzyme to remove its cell walls, then, after culture, observation, cultivation and analysis of its genetic characteristics, the regenerated strains were proved to be mutated. And one strain with good quality and high- yield potential has been obtained and used in production.
