| 摘 要： | 为了解浙江宁波地区南美白对虾白斑综合征病毒（WSSV）的流行情况,为科学防控该病提供参考依据,应用PCR方法对2004～2008年采自宁波地区对虾养殖场的1201份南美白对虾样品进行WSSV检测。结果表明,1201份样品中有364份样品呈阳性,总阳性率为30.31%;2004～2008年的WSSV年平均阳性检出率均较高,且呈不规律变化,其中以2006年南美白对虾白斑综合征发病最严重,阳性感染率达42.66%,但2006～2008年WSSV的年平均阳性检出率呈下降趋势。

| Abstract: | The present study was conducted to investigate the epidemic status of white spot syndrome virus（WSSV） in Penaeus vannamei in Ningbo inshore,Zhejiang.One thousand two hundred and one samples collected from prawn farm in Ningbo district during 2004-2008 were used to detect WSSV using PCR method.The results showed that among 1201 samples,364 were positive with 30.31% of positive rate.The average positive rate for the disease was higher during the years from 2004-2008,especially in 2006,the incidence of WSSV disease was serious with the recorded infection rate of 42.66%.However,the annual average positive rate of WSSV disease in Ningbo during 2006-2008 showed declining trend. |
