| Abstract: | The retention effect of two-component retention systems,especially such as polyethylene oxide / cofactor(PEO/CF) two-component retention systems is better than that of one-component retention systems in paper manufacture process with non-wood raw materials.The development of retention agent was briefly introduced,the retention mechanism of PEO/CF two-component retention systems was discussed,and the future development prospect of PEO as a retention agent was discussed in this paper. |
