湖北省林业科技推广机构建设现状调查与对策探讨

本文对湖北省林业科技推广机构建设现状进行了较系统的调查与分析 ,并针对目前建设中存在的机构设置不健全 ,基础条件薄弱 ;事业经费严重不足 ;科技成果在生产中的应用程度低 ;林业科技推广缺乏人才 ;缺乏沟通 ,信息闭塞 ,没有形成有效的上下推广网络等主要问题提出了解决途径。

Investigation on Current Status and Approach to Countermeasure of Institutional Construction in Forestry Scientific and Technical Extension in Hubei Province

This article has carried out more systematic investigation and analysis on current status of institutional construction in forestry scientific and technical extension in Hubei Province. Based on main problems existed in present institutional construction such as unsound institutional arrangement, weak basic condition, severely insufficient enterprises expense, low application degree of scientific and technical achievement in production, lack of talent in forestry scientific and technical extension, lack of intercourse, information block up and no formation into effective extension network from up to down etc., the solution pathway is put forward.
