灭虫精对草鱼种血液胆碱酯酶活性的影响

摘    要:试验表明,草鱼种在灭虫精处理后,血液胆碱酯酶(ChE)活力降低,并随其浓度的升高而其峰值出现时间相应提前。在0.1 ̄0.8mg/L,血清ChE活力出现了较快的恢复,在1.0mg/L以上时,血液ChE活力恢复很缓慢,从试验结果可知血液ChE活力变化是环境毒理研究中的一个较为理想的监测指标 。

Abstract:The result showed that cholinesterase (ChE) activity in blood of juvenile grass carp decreased after being treated by Miechongjing, the time of the low value of ChE activity appeared earlier with the increase of the Miechongjing concentration and that the reactivation of ChE activity was faster from 0.1 to 0.8 mgL of Miechongjing concentration, which was very slow above 1 mgL. It showed the ChE activity in blood was an effective item in environmental toxicology.
