| 摘 要： | 液体发酵榆黄菇,从菌丝体中提取粗多糖,研究其体内抗肿瘤活性。用0.2、0.4、0.8 g/kg3个剂量组对荷S180小鼠进行灌胃,结果发现:榆黄菇菌丝体粗多糖得率为2.99%,低、中、高3个剂量组对肿瘤的抑制率分别为30.14%、41.73%和48.87%,同时能提高荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数。榆黄菇菌丝体多糖具有明显的抗肿瘤活性。

| Abstract: | Polysaccharide was extracted from submerged mycelium of Pleurotus Cirtinopileatus for the research on its anti-tumor activity.After the tumor S180-bearing mice were given with 0.2 g/kg,0.4 g/kg and 0.8 g/kg of the polysaccharide liquid down the stomach,the results showed that the rate of polysaccharide gained from submerged mycelium of Pleurotus Cirtinopileatus was 2.99 %.And the tumor inhibition rate of the three different assays was 30.14 %,41.73 % and 48.87 %.They can all advance the thymus and lienal index of the tumor-bearing mice at the same time.So it was concluded that the polysaccharide from submerged mycelium of Pleurotus Cirtinopileatus obtained a prominent antitumor activity. |
