| Abstract: | In the paper,the distribution of resources,yield,fatty acid components and healthy functions of camellia oil were summarized.Extracting methods and processing technology of camellia oil were proposed.By improving the quality of camellia oil,it would be more easy to export the oil to international market because the nutrition and commercial value of camellia oil was as good as those of olive oil. |
