摘    要:综述了茶油的资源分布、产量、脂肪酸组成及其保健功能,介绍了茶油的制取及加工工艺,认为茶油的营养和经济价值可与橄榄油媲美,精制的茶油具有广阔的国际市场。

Abstract:In the paper,the distribution of resources,yield,fatty acid components and healthy functions of camellia oil were summarized.Extracting methods and processing technology of camellia oil were proposed.By improving the quality of camellia oil,it would be more easy to export the oil to international market because the nutrition and commercial value of camellia oil was as good as those of olive oil.
