摘    要:利用盆栽和田间对照的方法研究了土壤水分对绞股蓝生长动态的影响 ,并进行黄福酸 (AOM)处理试验 ,结果表明在干旱态和重湿态 2种水分胁迫下 ,绞股蓝生长速度减缓 ,光合速率下降 ,产量降低 ;干旱态下 ,绞股蓝根部出现逆境适应性反应 ;在施用黄福酸情况下 ,干旱态和重湿态 2种处理的根系逆境反应快速消失 ,而光合作用变化不大或有所减弱 ,说明黄福酸对根系作用强于对植物物质积累的作用

Abstract:The effect of moisture in soil on Jiaokulan Tea growth was studied through the experiment in the basin and plot trial, combined with the treatment of AOM. The result indicated that Jiaokulan Tea growth was slow, its photosynthetic efficiency was reduced and yield was reduced under the condition of water stress and drought. The response of its roots to water stress rapidly reduced after the application of AOM, but there was not variation in its photosynthetic efficiency. Thus, the application of AOM was more beneficial for root growth than matter accumulation.
