摘    要:小流域治理效益的评价是一个多层次多指标的评价过程,根据各评价指标特征值之间的变异程度,利用信息论中熵这一工具,确定各评价指标的仅重,以减少具为斌权的主观性。在此基础上,建立数学评价模型,使评价结果更加客观。

Abstract:The benefit evaluation about small watershed control is a multi-level and multi-index problem. According to variation degree among the characteristic values of evaluation indexes, the information entropy was used as a tool to determine the weight, so as to reduce the subjectivity of people. The model improved on the basis of information entropy can make the evaluation result more objectives.
