尼罗罗非鱼幼鱼对食物中镉的积累的研究

摘    要:罗非鱼幼鱼饲喂含1ppm Gd^2 2的饲料20天后改用不含镉的饲料12天。在一定的时间间隔分别用直接和经1N盐酸浸泡1小时去掉体表吸附的Cd后测定鱼体镉的积累。测定结果表明:在食物施加镉的过程中鱼体的镉浓度逐渐上升到第20天的0.129ppm,而停用镉后在12天内逐渐降低到原来的86%。因生长因素降低浓度占60%,排出占21%。鱼体镉的吸附量占携带总量的20-30%。

Abstract:Tiplaipa (Oreochromis niloticus) larvae fed with diet containing lppm Cd for 20 days and then with non-Cd diet for 12 days. At certain time interval,Cd accumulation of whole fish were measured directly and after rinsing in 1 N HCI for 1 hour to remove adsorptional Cd. The results showed that Cd concentration in the fish larvae gradualy increased during the 20 days Cd administration till a maximum value of 0. 129 ppm,but gradualy declined to 86% of the above maxium value in the follwing none-Cd treatment. Growth contributed 60% of the total decline,while excretion contributed 21 %. The adsorption portion of Cd is 20-30% of the total Cd load in the fish.
