加强"共享工程"建设构建公共文化服务体系

全国文化信息资源共享工程是一项繁荣社会主义先进文化的创新工程，是新形势下构建我国公共文化服务体系、惠及千家万户的民心工程、德政工程。文章结合全国及河南近年“共享工程”建设及服务实践。指出“共享工程”将完善我国公共文化网络服务平台建设，增强基层文化单位服务能力，最终实现优秀文化信息资源在全国范围内的共建共享。

Strengthening the Construction of Sharing Engineering and Building the Service System of Public Culture

The national sharing engineering of cultural information resources is an innovation engineering of flourishing the advanced socialist culture.This paper points out that the sharing engineering will perfect the platform construction of net service of public culture in our country and strengthen the service ability of grass-roots cultural units based on the construction and service ability of sharing engineering in recent years in Henan province and in the whole country.
