| 摘 要： | 以于都县光皮树种子为研究对象,采用5种不同的层积时间（15d、30d、45d、60d、75d）处理方式播种,发现层积45d种子发芽率、保存率及苗木质量较其他4种处理方法效果有显著提高,说明适当提早播种,延长层积时间有利于提高苗木发芽率。

| Abstract: | Taking seeds of Cornus Wilsoniana Wanaer in Yudu County as the research object,five stratification periods(15d,30d,45d,60d,75d),were treated as planting.Results showed that stratification period of 45d had higher seed germination rate,preservation rate and seedling quality than the other four kinds of treatment.It was benefical to increase the seed germination rate and preservation rate in earlier seedling and longer stratification time. |
