摘    要:为了有效防治西瓜甜瓜细菌性果斑病,研究了新种子处理剂——西亚1号不同处理方法和其他药剂处理对西、甜瓜种子发芽率的影响及对细菌性果斑病的防治效果。结果表明:在不影响发芽率的条件下,西瓜最佳处理浓度为700倍、处理时间为60 min;厚皮甜瓜最佳处理浓度为1 000倍、处理时间为45 min;药剂防治效果表明,西亚1号明显好于浓盐酸、过氧乙酸和Tsunami 100。

Abstract:In order to effectively controll bacterial fruit blotch disease of cucurbits,we researched a new disinfectant Xiya No.1 in watermelon and melon.The effects on watermelon and melon seed germination,and BFB control efficacy were evaluated.The optimal treatment of watermelon seed using Xiya No.1 is at concentration 700 fold dilution and duration 60 min;and melon seed at 1 000 fold dilution for 45 min.No germination affect by the treatment was observed.The efficacy of Xiya No.1 in disinfecting BFB pathogen was ...
