犬肾镰刀状切开术试验

为了探索犬肾结石的手术治疗方法,本试验选3~5个月之间,体重6~10 kg的本地杂交犬2只,采用镰刀状肾实质切开法行左侧肾脏切开,分别于术前、术后第3、7、14、21、28天采集血清进行尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CRE)两项肾功能指标测定,并于术后观察其整体状态、排尿表现及肾脏的形态变化。结果表明,手术导致试验犬肾功能指标在术后1~2周内明显降低,于3~4周恢复正常;术肾与健康右肾相比,呈现不同程度的萎缩。

Experimental Exploration on Sickle-shaped Incision of Kidney in Dogs

In order to explore the surgical methods of kidney stones in dogs, two local hybrid dogs with age of 3 to 5 months, weighing 6 to 10 kg were chosen. Before and after the left kidneys were operated with the sickle-shaped incision, the serum urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (CRE) of both dogs were measured at once preoperatively and on postoperative 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 days, and their general status, voiding performance, urine characteristics, and kidneys changes were observated. The results show that the renal function of experimental dogs can reduce significantly in 1 to 2 weeks and recover to normality in 3 to 4 weeks. Compared with right healthy kidneys, the left kidneys show different degrees of atrophy.
