层积处理对东北刺人参种胚后熟的影响

东北刺人参种子经第1个周期7个月的变温层积处理,完成形态后熟而裂口与完成生理后熟而萌发的种子比率均很低,种子裂口率为13.6%,发芽率为2.3%.第1周期处理未发芽的种子,经第2个周期11个月的层积处理,种胚可继续完成形态后熟并通过生理后熟而萌发,并且裂口率和发芽率均高于第1周期,其中室外树荫环境条件下层积处理的种子裂口率和发芽率明显高于室内-冰箱环境条件下处理的种子.第1周期完成形态后熟未萌发的种子在低温层积处理30 d后陆续完成生理后熟而萌发,至350 d时,总发芽率为56.8%.

Effect of stratification treatment on embryo postmaturation of Oplopanaxs elatus

It was very low of seeds break rate and germination rate of the ripen seeds either finished morphologic postmaturation or physiological postmaturation when after the first period of 7 months stratification treatment,which the seeds break rate was 13.6% and the germination rate was 2.3%.The seeds that weren't germinate in the first period treatment can germinate after 11 months of the second period stratification treatment finished the morphologic postmaturation.The seeds break rate and germination rate of second period were higher than the first period.The seeds break rate and germination rate under the tree with stratification treatment were higher than indoor ones.The seeds those were not germination at the first period can germinate in low temperature with stratification treatment for 30 days,the total germination rate was 56.8% when dealed 350 days.
