| 摘 要： | 我们用外周血液淋巴细胞培养法对莎能山羊的染色体组型进行了研究。结果表明:莎能山羊染色体2n=60,其中包括29对常染色体和1对性染色体(XX/XY型)。所有常染色体均为端部着丝点染色体;X为第二对最大的端部着丝点染色体,Y为中部着丝点染色体。

| Abstract: | The chromosomal complement of Saanen was studied by using the peripheral blood lymphochytes culture method. The chromosome number of the Saanen was 2n=60, of which 29 pairs were autosomes and 1 Pair sex-chromosome 9 (xx/xy type) . All the autosomes were telocentrics. The x chromosome was the second biggest telochromosome and the y was smallest metacentrie chromosome. |
