车用柴油机机体有限元分析与设

摘    要:对某车用柴油机机体进行了三维实体建模和网格划分,采用有限元整体分析与子模型分析相结合技术,以ABAQUS为平台进行机体强度有限元分析,确定了气缸体应力集中部位,提出机体结构改进方案.在此基础上,应用MSC.Fatigue软件对改进前后的水套根部子模型进行疲劳强度分析,结合应力测试实验验证改进效果.实验结果表明,气缸体加筋改进后,水套根部交接位置应力降低11%~46%.
