植物源调节剂对水稻的影响

摘    要:目的]探讨菊科植物源调节剂对水稻产量与品质的效应。方法]从菊科植物中提取的混合物制成植物源调节剂,用80 mg/L的植物源调节剂水溶液,对水稻品种9526分别在苗期、拔节期、孕穗期进行叶面喷洒,清水对照,进行田间试验。结果]植物源调节剂可提高水稻单位面积产量20.6%、穗粒数23.5%、穗重10.6%、株干重22.43%,降低千粒重12.03%。植物源调节剂处理后,水稻生长期的叶片叶绿素含量提高14.41%,而收获期的叶片叶绿素含量则降低9.76%;提高了水稻中可溶性糖含量15.57%、游离氨基酸含量18.52%、淀粉含量1.59%,降低了可溶性蛋白质22.22%、粗纤维1.95%、粗脂肪1.22%。结论]植物源调节剂能提高水稻产量、改善品质。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to discuss the effects of botanical regulator from feverfew on the yield and quality of rice.Method]The botanical regulator was prepared by the mixture extracted from feverfew.In the field test,the water solution of botanical regulator at 80 mg/L was sprayed on the leaves of rice variety 9526 resp.in seedling,jointing and booting stages,with clean water as CK.Result]The plant growth regulator could increase the rice yield of unit area,grains per spike,spike weight and dry weight per plant by 20.6%,23.5%,10.6% and 22.43% resp.,reduced 1 000-grain weight by 12.03%. After treatment with botanical regulator,the chlorophyll content in rice leaves in growth stage was increased by 14.41%,but that in harvest stage decreased 9.76%.The contents of soluble sugar,free amino acid and starch in rice were increased by 15.57%,18.52% and 1.59%,resp.but the soluble protein,rough fiber and crud fat decreased by 22.22%,1.95% and 1.22%,resp.Conclusion]The plant growth regulator can improve the yield and quality of rice.
