摘    要:综述了配子体植物的自交不亲和基因产物作用机制的研究进展,并一一总结作图.在明确S基因产物活性之前,人们基于一些间接的证据提出了抗原抗体、蛋白质-糖等模式.实验证实S-核酸酶活性后,人们提出了膜受体和胞内抑制剂模式.近年来,又有人提出了更为完善的修正抑制子模式等其他作用模式.

Abstract:In this paper, the research advance in the function mechanism of self-incompatibility gene products of gametophytic plants is reviewed and summarized by drawings. Before the activity of S-RNase was understood, according to some indirect evidences, the models of antigen-antibody and protein-sugar were suggested. After the activity of S-RNase was understood, the models of membrane receptor and inhibitor were presented. In recent years, some more perfect functional models such as the model of modified inhibitor were provided.
