摘    要:宁麦9号是江苏省农科院以扬89-17为母本、西风为父本,采用集团选择法选育成而的高产、稳产小麦新品种。该方法早期(F2、F3、F4)以产量为主要选择指标,以组合为单位进行初步测产,有利于提高群体中高产基因型的筛选频率;F3、F4进行异地多点产量鉴定,有利于选出广适性品种;早期(F2~4)就按大田生产密度种植,有利于个性性状的真实表达,并可提高育种效率;后地高代材料进行多点产量和抗病(逆)性鉴定,同

Abstract:Ningmai 9, a new stable high yielding wheat variety was developed from cross Yang 86 17/Xifeng through bulk method. The procedure of this method was designed as follows: High yielding potential was a important selection objective in early generation. The best F 2 populations were bulk harvested, based on cross yield, good agronomic characters, and appropriate height and maturity as for screening more high yielding genotypes in early breeding stage. The crosses of F 3 and F 4 planted in different experimental sites in consecutive years with higher yield than that of the check variety were promoted to the F 5, based on the size and plumpness of seeds as for obtaining more suitable plants for different locations. Multilocation identification was carried out in commercial sowing rate from F 2 generations on, that, in fact, could improve our breeding prograrame. Furthermore, the elite advanced lines were tested on the basis of yield potential, resistance to diseases, tolerance to biotic and abiotic stresses, and industrial quality as for selecting a good comprehensive agronomic characters.
