冷暖型玉米抗旱性研究

选用5个冷型和5个暖型玉米自交系在干旱胁迫和正常浇水条件下研究冷暖型玉米的抗旱性。结果表明:①大田材料温度与温室正常浇水下材料温度变化趋势一致,温室干旱胁迫下材料温度与温室正常浇水下材料温度变化趋势也一致;②冷型玉米抗旱指数比暖型玉米抗旱指数大;③大田材料温度和温室正常浇水下材料温度与干旱指数呈负相关显著。说明冷型玉米具有一定的抗旱性。

Studies on Drought Resistance of Cold and Warm Type Maize

5 cold type and 5 warm type maize inbred lines were selected in this research to study the drought resistance of cold type maize under drought stress and normal water conditions.The result indicates that:①The temperature change the same of field material and normal water material;②the drought resistance index of cold type maize is larger than warm type;③the temperature of field material and normal water material in green house are negative significant correlation to drought index.Based on the result we believe that cold type maize has drought resistance.
