挂蔓黄瓜果实成熟衰老鉴定指标的筛选

摘    要:以2个衰老表现型不同的黄瓜品种为试材,在挂蔓黄瓜果实成熟衰老过程中,测定果实叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白质、谷氨酰胺合成酶含量(GS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、脂氧合酶(LOX)活性、呼吸强度和组织相对电导率等9项与成熟衰老相关的生理指标,对这9个指标进行了主成分分析和灰色关联度分析。结果表明,叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质含量、SOD、LOX酶活性4项指标与挂蔓黄瓜果实成熟衰老有显著相关,可作为挂蔓黄瓜果实成熟衰老期鉴定指标。

Abstract:In this paper, nine physiological indices correlating with ripening and senescence including chlorophyll, MDA, GS, MDA, SOD, POD, LOX, soluble protein contents, respiration intensity, and relative conductivity were monitored for cucumber fruits in vivo from two different cucumber cultivars. The identi-fication indices of ripening and senescence were screened by the main component analyses and gray system. The results showed that chlorophyll content, soluble protein content, SOD and LOX activities significantly correlated with the ripening and senescence of cucumberfruits in vivo and could be the indices to identify the ripening and senescence in cucumberfruits.
