摘    要:栽培措施和环境条件对小麦产量和蛋白质含量均有影响。氮素供应是影响小麦产量和蛋白质含量的关键因素之一。从供氮量、供氮时期、供氮方式以及氮肥种类 4个方面 ,概述了国内外在提高小麦产量和蛋白质含量的氮肥施用技术方面的研究进展。

Abstract:Besides the hereditary character,the grain yield and protein content of wheat also depend on the cultivated measures and environment. Nitrogen supplying is one of the key factors that can influence the grain yield and protein content of wheat.In the paper the advance in the application techniques of nitrogen fertilizer for improvement of both grain yield and protein content of wheat was briefly reviewed in four aspects of the amount, the stages and the ways of nitrogen application and the kind of nitrogen fertilizer.
