摘    要:用不同浓度的NaCl溶液处理吸胀后4个不同品种(系)的饲用小黑麦种子,结果表明:不同小黑麦品种(系)对盐胁迫敏感性存在差异,其中以新小黑麦3号和H04-1耐盐能力较强,在NaCl浓度150 mmol/L时,发芽率仍保持在80%左右,而东农96026和H04-2发芽率仅有40%左右;发芽期间根和芽对盐胁迫敏感性不同,在NaCl浓度50~100 mmol/L时,盐对芽的抑制率大于根,在150~200 mmol/L时,盐对根的抑制率均大于芽.

Abstract:Varieties of triticale were treaded with different concentration on NaCl solution.The results showed that Varieties of Triticale had very difference sensitivieness in salt stress.There are high tolerance to salt stress in Xinxiaoheimai No.3 and H04-1,its germination capacity was about 80% when NaCl solution concentration was 150 mmol/L.However,Dongnong 96026 and H04-2's germination capacity was only 40% in the same solution concentration.During the seeding growth,bud to NaCl solution was more sensitive than that of root in low salt concentration,but in high NaCl concentration root was more sensitive than that of bud.
