甘油和水共增塑大豆蛋白质塑料性能

摘    要:本文采用HAAKE扭矩流变仪研究了甘油和水共增塑大豆蛋白质塑料的加工性能,考察了甘油和水的含量以及混炼温度对加工扭矩的影响,对经HAAKE密炼并模压制得的大豆蛋白质塑料的力学性能作了测试,研究了制得的大豆蛋白质塑料样片的脱水和力学性能。

Abstract:The processing property of soy bean protein plastics co-plasticized by glycerin and water was studied by using a HAAKE mixer. The effects of the content of the glycerin and water, and the temperature of HAAKE mixer on processing property were tested. The mechanical property of the specimen molded after being mixed in HAAKE mixer was also measured. The dehydration, water absorption, gel content and the morphology of the tensile specimen were also studied.
