| 摘 要： | 教学团队是高职院校教育教学改革、提高人才培养质量的关键要素之一。然而,现有的教学团队还存在着零散、封闭、被动等特点,亟待重构教学团队。将团队建设与教学质量工程项目建设有机结合,有助于在项目共建中促进教学团队整体水平的提升。

| Abstract: | Team teaching is the one of the key links in higher vocational teaching reform and the quality improvement of talent cultivation. However, the current team teaching suffered from such problems as fragmentation, close-end, and passiveness. Therefore, further work needs to be done in the rebuilding of the teaching team. The integration of team reconstruction effort and teaching quality project construction would be beneficial to the improvement of the overall teaching team level. |
