大陆与台湾高校教师发展中心的比较分析——以海峡两岸清华大学为例

台湾清华大学与北京清华大学有着一衣带水的关系。北京清华大学的教学研究与培训中心作为大陆高校第一个成立的关于教学质量管理和教师发展的专职机构,在一定程度上代表了中国内地教师发展中心的发展水平;而台湾清华大学的教学发展中心成立时间虽较晚,但其政策规定和实施效果方面却更加成熟和完善。因此,通过比较二者的共同点和不同点,借鉴台湾清华大学的丰富经验,可以进一步完善我国大陆高校教师发展中心的设置。

Comparative Analysis on Faulty Development Centers of Tsinghua Universities in Taiwan and Beijing

Taiwan National Tsinghua University has a close relation to Beijing Tsinghua University. Beijing Tsinghua University’s Center for Teaching Excellence as the first professional organization about teaching quality management and faulty development, can represent the faulty development center’development level in Chinese mainland. Although the National Tsinghua University established its counterpart only later, its policy and implementation are more mature because of the influence of western politics, economy and culture. Therefore, by comparing the similarities and differences between the two centers,we can get useful references.
