高职院校内涵建设研究

高职院校坚持内涵式发展,不仅决定着自身发展,更从育人、科研、服务和传承文化的水平质量,直接影响着产业升级和民族进步。在经历规模快速扩张后,高职院校必须把握自身规律,紧密结合经济社会实际,从办学定位、专业建设、校企合作、人才培养、素质教育、管理创新、理论研究等方面着手,努力加强内涵建设,不断提高质量,办出特色和水平,更好地服务经济社会发展。

On Connotation Construction of Vocational Colleges

Connotation construction of vocational colleges is closely related to their sustainable development, and, more importantly, to the performance of college function of talent training, research, social service, and cultural inheriting, and, to be specific, to the industrial development and national progress. After the enlargement of enrollment size, vocational colleges should follow theirs rule of development, take consideration of the social and economic realities, and strengthen the connotation construction in terms of education level and positioning, specialty construction, college-enterprise cooperation, talent training, quality education, management innovation, and academic research, in order to develop the vocation education with special characteristics and fine quality and better serve the social economy.
