摘    要:"社会热点案例教学法"就是在高校思政课中,充分运用近年社会生活中发生的,引起广泛关注、争论的真实事件进行教学,以达到思政课教学目的的教学方法。在"思想道德修养与法律基础"课中运用"社会热点案例教学法",应当坚持培养理性判断能力、学生主体性与教师引导结合的基本理念,设计相应的环节,采用分散与集中相结合的方式。为此,应当提高教师素质,完善社会热点案例资源库,建立激励学生参与的机制。

Abstract:“Social Issues Case Teaching Method”in Ideological and Political Courses makes full uses of real-life events, hot social issues, and controversial issues in recent years as case studies to achieve the teaching objectives.“Social Issues Case Teaching Method”in the Course of Ideological Moral Accomplishment and Law Essentials should be applied following the principles of cultivating the ability of rational reasoning and the combined approach of students' subjectivity and teachers guidance, and designing the patterns in which diversion and conversion are combined. This approach also sets higher demand on the learning of teachers, who should create a data corpus of social issues cases and establish a mechanism of students involvement.
