摘    要:在人工气候室,以奶油生菜为研究材料,研究了50,100,150,200μmol·s-1·m-2 4个梯度的光照强度,以及在30℃和25℃两种温度条件下,采收前持续光照对水培生菜生长和硝酸盐积累的影响。试验结果表明,水培生菜的鲜质量和干质量与光照强度呈正相关,与硝酸盐含量呈负相关,最适合生菜生长的光照强度为200μmol·s-1·m-2。当栽培温度为25℃时,采收前1 d的持续光照就可显著降低生菜硝酸盐含量;当栽培温度为30℃时,采收前持续光照不利于生菜硝酸盐含量的降低。

Abstract:We conducted two hydroponic tests to investigate the effects of light intensities (50, 100, 150, 200μmol·s-1·m-2) and temperatures (25℃and 30℃) with continuous light before harvest on the growth and nitrate accumulation of lettuce in a growth chamber. The results showed that the most suitable light intensity was 200 μmol·s-1·m-2 for the growth of hydroponic lettuce, and the fresh and dry weight of lettuce were positively correlated with light intensity, while negatively correlated with nitrate content. When the culture temperature was 25℃, continuous light for one day before harvest could significantly reduce the nitrate content of lettuce. When the culture temperature was 30℃, continuous light before harvest could not help to reduce the nitrate accumulation in our study.
