| 摘 要： | 采用酶联免疫检测技术测定了3种由巴西橡胶树花药离体组织培养的无性系组成的芽接树PR107/热研88-13、PR107/海垦2和PR107/大丰99接穗（PR107）胶乳中生长素（IAA）、细胞分裂素（iPAs）的含量在一年中不同季节的变化情况,同时利用DH925A型微波胶乳测试仪测定了胶乳干含（DRC）,分析了它们之间的相互关系,结果表明：同一嫁接组合材料在不同月份采胶,胶乳中IAA或iPA含量差异极显著,胶乳中IAA和iPA含量受季节影响明显;割胶对胶乳中IAA和iPA含量有显著的影响,割胶后二者含量成倍增加;不同砧木材料（热研88-13、海垦2和大丰99）对同一接穗（PR107）胶乳中的IAA和iPA含量的影响是不同的,二者的含量在不同嫁接组合中存在显著差异;IAA、IAA/iPA与胶乳干含呈显著正相关,iPA与胶乳干含的相关性不显著（但接近显著相关水平）。表明IAA和iPA参与了产胶调节;干胶产量与胶乳中IAA和iPA含量及IAA/iPA比值具有一定正相关关系,但相关性不显著。
