摘    要:以自交系为测验种,采用“晚代分步双列测交法”测定新自交系的配合力,筛选出优良自交系WZ071-4、WZ085-3和WZ084-7。研究表明,当选系测配组合增产百分率与增产组合个数的次数曲线都趋于正态分布,该分布曲线可以作为选择新自交系的参考依据。

Abstract:Inbred lines were used as test varieties, the elite lines such as WZ071-4,WZ085-3 and WZ084-7 were selected by employing the cross way of partial diallel separating step in later generations and determining combination ability of the new inbreds. The results showed that the curve between increasing production ratio of crosses and frequency of increasing production crosses should incline to normal distribution for selected lines, which suggested that the curve could apply the reference to select the new inbred lines.
